Our new workshop looks at moulding fitness with the performing arts, with a particular focus on how tension placement can increase and improve a performers quality of movement. Using compound and isolation  exercises performed in the gym, we begin to look at the similarities of the movement in relation to performative movement on one’s own or when working together with others.

This is demonstrated through both the means of improvised movement combined with a circuit training styled parameter. This workshop is great for theatres that want to book a new innovative practice which looks at movement in relation to weight and tension, or ideal for companies who want to get their performers in an ideal fitness state ready for performance.
